Recruitment Standards

To develop a team of highly skilled lecturers, UEB invites talented and passionate individuals to join and contribute to outstanding academic success.

Eligibility Criteria:

• A PhD degree in a relevant field. For certain specialized and hard-to-recruit areas, the university may consider candidates with an excellent Master’s degree from abroad in the required field who demonstrate potential in teaching and research. Candidates must commit to obtaining a PhD degree or equivalent recognition within four years from their hiring date.
• Preference is given to candidates with:
  • Proficiency in teaching and conducting research in English.
  • International publications as lead author/corresponding author.
  • Experience in teaching and research.
  • IELTS 7.0 or equivalent certification.
• Passion and ability for research and teaching.
• Strong problem-solving skills, creativity, and the ability to work independently and in teams.
• Good health, clear background, and under 45 years of age as of the application date.
