The Faculties began the process of developing a robust outcome assessment plan that reflects the program’ mission that aligned with VNU-UEB mission. The faculties’ academic advisory council comprising key stakeholders such as full-time faculty, adjunct professors, alumni, employer representatives, and professional associations, actively participate in the approval of program learning outcomes from the initial stages of curriculum development. These councils ensure that students are engaged in learning through a rigorous, challenging, and meaningful curriculum that is designed to prepare them for a career in business.

3. PLO 3.1. Apply specialized knowledge to plan, organize and monitor business processes
4. PLO 3.2. Apply specialized knowledge of business administration to analyze, measure and evaluate the business activities or to make decisions for managementin making decisions.
5. PLO 4.1. Competence in management skills and leadership of business activities: have appropriate decision-making, leadership, resource management, and empowerment skills.
6. PLO 4.2. Think critically and employ alternative solutions in a multicultural environment
7. PLO 5.1. Communication skills: Apply communication skills such as presenting, negotiating, and listening to effectively coordinate functions of business administration.
8. PLO 5.2. Teamwork skills: ability to work and cooperate with members, know how to share and regulate relationships within and outside the group to manage and operate
9. PLO 6.1. Being ethical: identifying basic ethical principles and standards as the basis for making management and business decisions.
10. PLO 6.2. Community: Respect the law, work with a high spirit of discipline; Have a positive lifestyle, be able to adapt to an international working environment and have a community spirit.
11. PLO 6.3. Autonomy and responsibility: Able to self-study to improve knowledge and skills; Able to work independently and adapt to different working environments; take personal responsibility and collective responsibility.
