The VNU-UEB is pleased to announce the domestic student exchange program with the University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City (UEH).

1. Eligibility

• Students from the VNU-UEB who wish to participate in the UEH SUMMER CAMP 2024 student exchange program.
• Applicable to students in cohorts: QH2022-E, QH2021-E, QH2020-E.
• Students must not have disciplinary violations or be under consideration for expulsion.
• Students must have sufficient financial resources to participate in the exchange program.

2. Duration and Location

• Duration: 3 weeks (tentatively from July 15, 2024, to July 31, 2024).
• Location: Vinh Long Campus of the University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City (01B Nguyen Trung Truc, Ward 8, Vinh Long City, Vinh Long Province).

3. Program Costs

• Students will pay tuition fees according to the regulations of the VNU-UEB
• Students will be responsible for their living expenses and any additional costs incurred during the exchange program.

4. Student Responsibilities

• Comply with the laws, regulations, and rules of the host university.
• Adhere to the schedule, academic requirements, evaluation policies, conduct regulations, and other relevant rules of the host university.
• Pay for any additional costs incurred for training activities outside the agreed-upon curriculum directly to the host university.
• Be responsible for travel, accommodation, living expenses, insurance, healthcare, and other related costs during the exchange period at the host university.
• Fulfill other duties as stipulated by the laws and the agreements between the two universities regarding exchange students.

• Participation in student club activities.
• Mekong Field Trip: Exploring the cultural uniqueness of the Mekong Delta region.
• Engagement in various activities within the "Economic Student Volunteer Campaign."

7. Registration Procedure

• Registration Deadline: Before June 15, 2024.
• Students wishing to participate must complete the registration form at: https://forms.gle/ejryrLZoeK28jeVj9 and submit the required documents to their home university for evaluation and nomination.
