The VNU-UEB is pleased to announce the domestic student exchange program with the University of Economics - The University of Danang.

1. Target Participants: Students of the VNU-UEB

2. Study Location: University of Economics - The University of Danang, 71 Ngu Hanh Son Street, Ngu Hanh Son District, Danang City.

3. Timeline

• Study Period: From August 19, 2024, to December 7, 2024 (16 weeks).
• Exam Period (tentative): December 16, 2024, to January 4, 2025.

4. Application Process

Step 1: Students interested in participating in the exchange program must fill out the application form via the link https://forms.gle/Y2BSosSThhMPZV5p7 and submit their application to the VNU-UEB for evaluation before July 29, 2024.
The application should include:

• Application form for the student exchange program.
• A notarized copy of the citizen ID card.

Step 2: The VNU-UEB will issue a decision to nominate students for the exchange program and send the student list to the University of Economics - The University of Danang.
Students registering for English-taught classes must meet the additional language proficiency requirement of level 4/6 or higher according to the Vietnamese Foreign Language Proficiency Framework or an equivalent level.

Step 3: The University of Economics - The University of Danang will review the list of nominated students, issue acceptance decisions, complete registration procedures, and provide enrollment guidance to exchange students.

Step 4: Students must report and complete enrollment procedures at the University of Economics - The University of Danang before the start of the study period and attend classes according to the registered schedule.

Step 5: At the end of the exchange period, the University of Economics - The University of Danang will send academic transcripts for the completed courses and evaluations of the students’ conduct to the VNU-UEB.
The VNU-UEB will process credit recognition for courses taken at the University of Economics - The University of Danang according to its regulations.

5. Tuition and Related Expenses: After the acceptance decision, the University of Economics - The University of Danang will send the credit information and corresponding tuition fees to the VNU-UEB for collection. Students will pay tuition fees to the sending university based on the registered credit hours and the tuition rate of the sending institution.

The University of Economics - The University of Danang will prioritize dormitory arrangements for exchange students upon request.
Costs for accommodation, transportation, and other expenses outside of tuition fees will be borne by the students.
