2. Study Duration

• For one-semester exchange (Fall Semester): October 2, 2024 – February 5, 2025 (tentative).
• For one-year exchange: October 2024 – August 2025.

3. Mode of Study

In-person at Nagoya University.

4. Benefits

• Tuition fee waiver.
• Dormitory support on campus (subject to availability).

5. Quota

• 2 students/graduates for one-semester exchange, or
• 1 student/graduate for one-year exchange.

6. Eligibility Criteria

• Current Academic Status: Second-year or third-year undergraduate students of VNU or graduate students who have completed at least one semester.
• GPA: Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 (on a 4.0 scale).
• Language Proficiency:
  • For Japanese-taught programs: JLPT N1 or equivalent.
  • For English-taught programs: One of the following: IELTS 6.0, TOEFL iBT 79, TOEIC 780, or B2 level according to CEFR.

7. Application Documents

• VNU Application Form.
• Academic transcript in English, certified by the home university.
• Language proficiency certificate (meeting both VNU and Nagoya University’s requirements).
• Copy of passport.
• ID photo as per partner university’s requirements.
• Study plan (for undergraduate students) or research plan (for graduate students) – refer to provided templates.
• Recommendation letter.
• Health certificate.
• Financial proof.
• Additional documents required by the partner university (refer to the provided link and attached documents).
