The VNU-UEB is pleased to announce the domestic student exchange program with the University of Economics – The University of Danang.

1. Participants

Eligible participants: Students of the VNU-UEB

2. Location

University of Economics – The University of Danang,
71 Ngu Hanh Son Street, Ngu Hanh Son District, Da Nang City.

3. Schedule

• Study Period: July 1, 2024 – July 20, 2024
• Examination Dates (Tentative): July 24–25, 2024

Courses Offered:

Maximum Registration: Up to 80 students per course.

4. Application Process

Step 1: April 11–25, 2024

Students interested in the exchange program must complete the application form via this link and submit the required documents to their home university. Application package includes:

1. Application Form for Student Exchange Program (provided by the partner university).
2. Copy of the Citizen ID Card.

Step 2: May 2–8, 2024

The VNU-UEB will issue a decision on the nomination of students for the exchange program and submit the student list (including contact details and intended courses) to the University of Economics – The University of Danang.

Step 3: May 9–15, 2024

The University of Economics – The University of Danang will review and confirm the list of accepted students, issue acceptance decisions, handle course registration, and provide enrollment instructions.

Step 4

Students must arrive and complete enrollment procedures at the University of Economics – The University of Danang no later than one week before the start of the exchange program. Students will then participate in the exchange program's activities as scheduled.

Step 5

At the end of the program, students will receive a certificate of participation. Academic transcripts for completed courses will be sent directly to the VNU-UEB for credit recognition, if applicable, based on its regulations.

5. Tuition and Related Fees

Upon acceptance, the University of Economics – The University of Danang will inform the VNU-UEB of the tuition fees based on the registered credits. Students are required to pay tuition fees to their home university according to its regulations.

The University of Economics – The University of Danang will prioritize arranging free dormitory accommodation for exchange students upon request. Other expenses, including meals, travel, and incidental costs, will be borne by the students.
