UEB is a pioneer unit at VNU in applying information technology in all activities, aiming to innovate management, training, and research activities in the direction of taking staff, lecturers, and learners as the focus based on processing big data about social needs. The Center plays a core role in: Advising on the development and promulgation of management documents on Information Technology, supporting users and tasks related to Information Technology; Organizing, implementing, checking and reporting tasks related to management and operation of the school-wide Information Technology system, provide Information Technology support to users, and deploying work related to Information Technology services. In the coming time, the School also sets the goal of establishing an ecosystem of innovation and digital transformation based on providing services and foundation certificates, focusing on e-learning, blended learning, building a data management system and integrating software systems... This will also be a new challenge for the Center to increasingly improve the quality and efficiency, and innovation of its operations.
