Accounting is a popular and stable job, which plays an important role in most organizations and businesses. Many students and parents may ask questions like "What is accounting?" What are the job opportunities?... The writing below will give you an overview of the accounting major - an attractive profession that is never outdated in economics, to help you choose a suitable job.

Accounting is the language of business

Every business must possess a certain amount of property to enforce business activities. During the business process, they execute financial transactions such as purchasing, selling, manufacturing, making investment loans, doing employee pay-off... These transactions change the amount of property of the enterprise. An accountant is tasked to “digitalize” these changes - by systematically and comprehensively recording, checking and providing information about the financial situation of the enterprise. By “digitalizing” financial transactions into a reporting system, the accountant either supports managers in making decisions in time and provides information for stakeholders such as shareholders, lenders, suppliers, state management agencies..., Therefore, it can be said that accounting is the language of business – so if you can read and understand financial reports, you know what the enterprise is operating like.
