EMPLOYMENT/EXPERIENCE

Dr. Truong Thu Ha holds a PhD in economics of education and human resource development from Kobe University. She is currently a lecturer at the Department of Public Policy, Faculty of Development Economics, University of Economics, Vietnam National University, Hanoi. Before working at the University of Economics, Vietnam National University, Hanoi, she spent nearly 15 years teaching and researching at higher education institutions. Her scientific works focus on assessing the impact of educational policies and school finance.
