EMPLOYMENT/EXPERIENCE

Dr. Khuc Van Quy graduated with a degree in Social Forestry Engineering from the University of Forestry (Xuan Mai, Hanoi) in 2006. He received a Master's degree in Agricultural Economics specializing in Environmental and Resource Economics and a PhD in Forestry Science specializing in Forestry Economics and Policy from Colorado State University, Fort Collins (USA) in 2013 and 2018. He then worked as a Postdoctoral Fellow at the University of Alabama (USA) in 2018-2019. He returned to Vietnam to work at Phenikaa University in 2019-2020. Here, he was the Head of the Department of Economics, Faculty of Economics and Business. From 2021 to the present, he has worked at the University of Economics - VNU. Dr. Khuc Van Quy is currently Head of the Department of Environmental Economics and Sustainable Development, Faculty of Development Economics, University of Economics - VNU.
