EMPLOYMENT/EXPERIENCE

Associate Professor, Dr. Vu Van Huong is currently Head of the Department of Statistics and Economic Research Methods, Faculty of Development Economics. Associate Professor, Dr. Vu Van Huong was appointed as Associate Professor of Economics at the University of Economics, VNU in 2022; received his PhD in Economics from the University of Waikato, New Zealand in 2014. He has experience working in several countries such as the UK, the US, Italy, and New Zealand through teaching activities or participating in research projects. Dr. Vu Van Huong has worked at the University of Economics - VNU since 2018. His main research directions include business efficiency, livelihoods, and household welfare. He is currently a member of the National Science Council of Economics (National Foundation for Science and Technology Development (NAFOSTED)).
