The Application-oriented Master’s Program in International Economics applicable from 2022 onwards

The application-oriented Master’s Program in International Economics equips students with in-depth knowledge to work in f international trade, international finance, international investment, supply chain and logistics; Improve leadership and management skills and thinking, handle practical situations as well as effectively apply and promote knowledge of international economics in performing specific tasks such as policy analysis and consulting; Plan and organize the implementation of projects on international trade, international finance, international investment, supply chain and logistics.

1. Jobs students can hold after graduation 

Group 1 - Lecturers, researchers or specialists at government agencies: Capable of teaching and researching at universities, colleges, and research institutes. Have the ability to analyze and advise policies at ministries, branches and localities throughout the country.

Group 2 – Managers, consultants and staff implementing international projects: Capable of participating in managing or consulting, organizing the implementation of international projects at international organizations such as UN, IMF, WB, ADB... and non-governmental organizations.

Group 3- Managers or specialists at domestic and foreign enterprises: Have enough capacity to plan and implement business projects as well as participate in negotiations and signings contracts on international trade, international investment, international finance, supply chain and logistics at Vietnamese state-owned enterprises, multinational companies, joint venture or 100% foreign capital enterprises.

2. Possibility of qualification improvement

After graduation, students have enough knowledge, professional capacity and professional skills to continue studying and researching at the doctoral level according to regulations or continue to study domestic and foreign programs in appropriate fields.
