With the educational philosophy of contributing to "building a Vietnam that can ascend to a position of glory, standing shoulder to shoulder with the great powers of the five continents," by providing modern-thinking and effective-acting entrepreneurs and leaders, the School of Business Administration (SBA) defines its mission as creating a diverse and practical learning environment. It seeks to equip learners with knowledge, experience, and the secrets to success in the business world.

In addition to its primary mission of training professional human resources for society, SBA also offers high-quality consulting services and transfers new ideas in corporate governance. Moreover, it fosters numerous research initiatives, with a primary focus on sustainable business development models for enterprises in Vietnam.

1. Mission:
Providing high-quality human resources with leadership orientation and expertise in management and business administration, contributing to effective and sustainable development of Vietnam. Developing the next generation of industry experts through practical training and professional development in management and business. Conducting cutting-edge research in management and business administration with a strong focus on practical solutions, aiming at transfering research outcomes to the government, organizations, businesses and society in order to improve policies and management efficiency. Fostering a favorable learning environment that nurtures creativity and talent development in order to enable the holistic development of students in management and business administration.
2. Vision:
To become an application-oriented research School in management and business administration, recognized by international universities and professional associations, accredited by reputable international higher education quality assurance organizations.

4. Strategic Plan:
(1) Increase enrollment scale associated with conditions to ensure training quality. The faculty aims to achieve annual increase the number of leaners 16% in scale by 2025.
(2) Develop and diversify the training programs in the SBA. Focus on developing advanced training programs integrated with the latest technology to enhance the educational quality in management and business. Simultaneously, develop more interdisciplinary courses to provide a comprehensive education that meets the evolving needs of the industry.
(3) Submit Bachelor Business Administration programs for ACBSP for accreditation by 2025.
(4) Develop robust, application-oriented research activities in management and business administration by forming specialized research groups. Promote interdisciplinary collaboration and provide necessary resources and training to enhance research capabilities.
(5) Enhance the research impact by increasing international publications and boosting the number of scientific products transferred by 30% in management and business administration issues.
(6) Strengthen partnerships and linkages with international universities’ business management faculties, firms and professional associations to improve the quality of training and research, and facilitate academic exchanges.
(7) Increase the proportion of full-time lecturers/instructors by 12% annually to achieve a more favorable full-time to part-time ratio.
(8) Integrate information technology in teaching, research, and management in business administration and related disciplines.
(9) Organize and promote practical observations and hands-on training in firms to ensure students gain real-world experience together with their academic knowledge.
