EMPLOYMENT/EXPERIENCE

Mr. Trần Văn Trọng holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology from the University of Information and Communication Technology - Thai Nguyen University. He has been working at VNU University of Economics & Business (UEB) since 2007.

• 2007-2009: Responsible for designing the LAN and telephone network system for the E4 building, directly supervising its implementation, and serving as the focal point for the university’s IT infrastructure while the building underwent renovation. Also coordinated the management and maintenance of physical facilities across the university.
• 2009 - Present: Assigned to oversee the management of lecture hall facilities, overall university infrastructure, and routine maintenance and repairs.
• Additionally, appointed by the department’s leadership as the focal point for coordinating major university events, such as the Opening Ceremony, Graduation Ceremonies, Postgraduate Examinations, and other institutional events.
• Youth Union and Trade Union Activities:
  • Served as Deputy Secretary of the Staff Youth Union (2009-2013).
  • Member of the Executive Committee of the UEB Trade Union (2012-present).
  • Recognized with various achievements, including:
    • Second Prize in the National Teacher Singing Festival (2011).
    • Multiple Certificates of Merit from the VNU Trade Union.
    • Awarded the Grassroots-Level Emulation Soldier title multiple times.
