International cooperation has always been considered a key method by the VNU-UEB to improve its capacity and position in the region and the world, build a dynamic and professional working and learning environment with high internationalization, contributing to creating global citizens.

In recent years, international cooperation at UEB has been implemented with many creative methods, focusing on depth and efficiency. In implementing the University's Development Strategy for 2020-2025 and Vision to 2030, international cooperation is of particular interest to the University, especially in training global citizens who meet the strict requirements of the domestic and international labor markets. According to statistics, UEB currently has nearly 100 cooperation agreements with nearly 70 partners in countries in Europe, Asia, America, and Australia. In 2023, the University strengthened, promoted, and expanded its relationships with partners in the United States, bringing many benefits to learners and lecturers at UEB. Cooperation activities focus on the following areas:

In 2023, the university leaders directly visited and worked with partners in the United States and promptly developed a Strategy to improve the quality of international joint training programs to attract more students to register for "on-site study abroad" programs at UEB.
