Ngo Ton Phuong Cam graduated from the University of Foreign Languages, VNU. She is considered a multi-talented specialist with proficiency in two languages: German (level 5) and English (IELTS 7.0). Phuong Cam has worked as a collaborator supporting admissions consulting at the ISECI Institute and CITE Center, University of Economics, VNU; as a foreign customer service staff at an international consulting company, and in charge of administrative work at a large financial institution in Vietnam.
