EMPLOYMENT/EXPERIENCE

MSc. Tran Thi Nhung is a lecturer in the Department of Human Resource Management, Institute of Business Administration, University of Economics, Vietnam National University, Hanoi. Since 2011, she has worked at enterprises and organizations in the fields of Oil and Gas, Telecommunications, and Education, in charge of human resources and operations management. MSc. Tran Thi Nhung has many years of practical work experience and started researching and teaching in the field of business administration in 2019 at Ton Duc Thang University and in 2021 joined the Institute of Business Administration, University of Economics, Vietnam National University, Hanoi. MSc. Tran Thi Nhung's specialized research direction is Digital Human Resource Management, Remuneration, and Human Resource Data Analysis. Currently, MSc. Tran Thi Nhung is participating in scientific research topics, consulting businesses, writing domestic and international articles as well as publishing specialized books in the field of Human Resource Management.
