HANOI – On March 4, 2025, leaders from Intracom Group met with VNU-UEB leadership to explore strategic collaboration opportunities that would bring practical value to students, the university, and the business community.

Representing Intracom Group was "Shark" Nguyen Thanh Viet, Chairman of the Board cum General Director. VNU-UEB was represented by Associate Professor Dr. Le Trung Thanh, President; Associate Professor Dr. Hoang Khac Lich, Vice Rector; and faculty and staff.

At the meeting, Associate Professor Dr. Le Trung Thanh welcomed the Intracom delegation and shared: "The University of Economics and Business is one of the most pioneering and dynamic members of the Vietnam National University system, consistently ranked among the top universities in Vietnam by prestigious global rankings. We possess strong strengths in international cooperation, training, research, and business consulting. VNU-UEB is committed to developing high-quality human resources to meet the increasingly stringent demands of the labor market, solidifying our leading position in economic education." Dr. Thanh also emphasized the importance of collaborating with major businesses like Intracom Group to enhance training quality, support students, and develop sustainable human resources.

Mr. Nguyen Thanh Viet expressed his admiration for VNU-UEB’s development vision and affirmed Intracom Group’s desire to establish a long-term strategic partnership. This collaboration will not only support students but will also contribute to building a sustainable education-business ecosystem, fostering mutual growth for both parties.

Associate Professor Dr. Hoang Khac Lich added: "VNU-UEB is actively applying AI technology in training and possesses specialized faculties aligned with Intracom's development direction. Key departments include the Faculty of Political Economy, with its Digital Economy and Management specialization; the Faculty of Finance and Banking, with its Financial Investment specialization; and the Faculty of Development Economics, with its Environmental and Real Estate Economics specialization. This synergy opens up many potential collaboration prospects, promising practical benefits and promoting sustainable development for both sides."

During the discussions, VNU-UEB proposed a strategic partnership with Intracom Group, making Intracom a partner in supporting students through practical training, internships, career guidance, scholarships, and motivational talks. VNU-UEB expressed its desire to introduce Intracom to outstanding students with excellent academic achievements and diverse extracurricular involvement, giving them opportunities to work at Intracom Group.

VNU-UEB also invited Intracom to participate in organizing career-oriented seminars and talks such as "CEO Talk," sharing practical experiences and supporting the development of soft skills and professional skills, enabling students to enter the labor market fully prepared.

At the conclusion of the meeting, VNU-UEB presented Intracom Group with a meaningful gift - a VNU-UEB signature scarf - and provided a tour of the university's facilities.
