VNU-UEB's School of Business Administration to Launch Four New Specializations in 2025

The School of Business Administration (SBA) at the University of Economics and Business (VNU-UEB) is introducing four new specialized training programs, aligning with emerging market trends.

The four new specializations are: Business Administration and Enterprise Development; Human Resource Management; Marketing, Communications, and Brand Management; and Hotel and Travel Business Management. These programs are designed to equip students with knowledge and skills that meet current industry demands, ensuring graduates are readily employable.

Business Administration and Enterprise Development: Provides students with in-depth knowledge of risk and quality management, lean management principles, and digital transformation within businesses. Career opportunities include positions as risk management specialists, quality managers, and business analysts at large corporations or entrepreneurial ventures in innovation and digitization.

The University of Economics and Business - Vietnam National University is launching four new specializations

Human Resource Management: Trains HR professionals with a curriculum covering areas such as workforce planning, recruitment, training, talent development, performance management, and compensation. Graduates can pursue careers as recruitment specialists, training specialists, performance managers, or talent development specialists in various organizations and businesses.

Marketing, Communications, and Brand Management: Equips students with a deep understanding of consumer behavior, brand management, and integrated marketing strategies. Upon graduation, students can work as market research analysts, brand managers, or marketing communications specialists.

Hotel and Travel Business Management: Provides students with knowledge of event planning, service quality management, and marketing strategies specific to the hospitality industry. Skills developed include service management, event organization, and customer relationship management. Graduates can find careers as hotel service managers, event management specialists, or marketing specialists in hotels or travel agencies.

Key Highlights of the Program Include:

- Innovative and Practical Thinking: The curriculum is built upon the latest knowledge in management and business, with a focus on practical applications, allowing students to quickly adapt to workplace demands.

- Modern Course Modules: Including lean management, green and digital transformation, business analytics, integrated marketing communications, talent management, event management, and tourism destination management.

- High-Quality Faculty: 70% of faculty members hold a doctorate degree or higher, with participation from domestic and international business leaders and industry experts.
