This is an important milestone in the cooperation journey between the University of Economics and Business - VNU (UEB) and the Institution of Management Accountants (IMA) to continue to bring special benefits to UEBers: scholarships, funding to organize regional and international specialized seminars, sponsoring researches of UEB faculty and students…

Attending the signing ceremony, on the side of University of Economics and Business - VNU, were Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Anh Thu - Vice Rector, Dr. Nguyen Thi Hong Thuy - Dean of Faculty of Accounting and Auditing, Dr. Nguyen Duc Bao - Deputy Head of the Office Research and Partnership Development and UEB lecturers and students attended.

On the side of the Institution of Management Accountants (IMA) attended the event, including Dr Josh Heniro, Managing Director of the Asia-Pacific region and Mr. Gin Toh, Director of Partnership Development for the Asia-Pacific region. Besides, there was also the presence of representatives of Smart Train Professional Certification Organization - the unit that accompanies IMA in scholarship awarding and CMA training programs for students.

Especially, coming here, IMA cooperates with Smart Train Vocational Certificate Training Organization to have 20 scholarships "CMA - THE FUTURE CFO" which will be awarded to excellent students of UEB - including registration fee and exam fees for the entire CMA program:

SCHOLARSHIP FROM IMA ASSOCIATION:

- 10 100% full scholarships including registration fee and CMA exam fee worth 1,475 USD/person

SCHOLARSHIP FROM SMART TRAIN:

- 01 scholarship of 60% of tuition fee worth 37.800.000 VND/person

- 09 scholarships of 40% of tuition fee, worth 25,200,000 VND/person

The signing ceremony to renew the cooperation agreement is an important milestone in the cooperation journey between UEB and IMA. Hopefully from the extension of cooperation between the two sides, UEBers can take advantage of opportunities and develop themselves, contributing to the development of the brand name of University of Economics and Business - VNU in the international arena!
