The "Welcoming the Year of the Snake 2025" event, organized by VNU University of Economics and Business (UEB), was filled with joy and unforgettable moments. The celebration also welcomed 10 international students currently studying at UEB, immersing them in the rich cultural heritage of the Vietnamese Tet holiday.

The program began with captivating cultural performances blending tradition and modernity, creating a vibrant atmosphere. This was followed by a New Year's speech from a representative of the University's leadership team, conveying a meaningful message.

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Anh Thu, Vice Rector, shared her wishes, "I hope all of our students have a breakthrough year in 2025 and embark on a student exchange program to another country for unforgettable experiences!"

The event created a cultural space that authentically recreated the spirit of Vietnam, where traditional folk games came to life.

One of the most beloved activities among all the students was the "To He" sculpting. Under the guidance of To He artisan Vu Van Hien, students created miniature artworks imbued with the essence of the traditional Tet holiday, from images of the Year of the Snake to symbols of good luck.

Students also enjoyed traditional dishes such as "banh chung" (square sticky rice cake), Tet preserves, and roasted pumpkin seeds. They also experienced exciting folk games like "ném còn" (shuttlecock throwing), crossword puzzles, and fortune telling.

The special "TET WITH YOU" award was presented to UEB students who shared the most impressive Tet stories, contributing to spreading the spirit of solidarity and bonding within the UEB student community.
