Assoc. Prof. Marcellin Yovogan PhD is currently the Head of the Department of Finance and Accounting and Vice Dean of International Activities and University Cooperation.
He is a member of the Board of the Scientific Research Fund at Sofia University. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of the Research and Development Fund of Sofia University, the Scientific Committee of the International Financial Management Association, Florida, USA, and the European Finance Association, Brussels, Belgium. In 2016, he was a member of an expert group at the National Evaluation and Accreditation Agency.
