Pursuant to this strategic direction, UEB has initiated a series of Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) signings with key high schools in Hanoi, with the objective of fostering a liberal educational ecosystem that facilitates early and effective articulation between secondary and tertiary education. 

As of May 2025, this collaborative network encompasses nine high schools:
