Within the framework of the "Enterprise Management for Innovation and Talent Enhancement" project (EM4FIT) (H2020-MSCA-RISE-2019 EM4FIT (G.A. No. 872618) funded by the European Union EU, recently, lecturers from the University of Economics and Business, Vietnam National University, Hanoi (UEB) together with international experts from the University of Southern Denmark organized an academic exchange session combined with field research at Nam Cau Kien Industrial Zone, Thuy Nguyen, Hai Phong.
The academic exchange spanned several days and featured a series of intensive workshops, interactive discussions, and hands-on field research activities. Scholars and industry practitioners delved deep into exploring various facets of enterprise management, emphasizing innovative strategies to address complex challenges prevalent in both local and global business environments.
