EMPLOYMENT/EXPERIENCE

PhD. Tran Cong Chinh is a lecturer at Faculty of Development Economics, VNU University of Economics & Business. His research interest is on environmental governance, green growth, circular economy and sustainable development. He is one of the core team members to develop The Viet Nam Provincial Governance and Public Administration Performance Index (PAPI). His outstanding work is to serve as the fieldwork manager of the PAPI project from 2017 to present and as the field team leader in 2012 and 2016. He also works as the national consultant for the development of Circular Economy in Vietnam funded by Hanns Seidel Foundation (HSF), the project on the development of the set of criteria for measuring citizen satisfaction on public service managed by the justice sector, focusing on development of the assessment tools in collaboration with the Ministry of Justice, funded by the USAID Governance for Inclusive Growth Program (USAID GIG), etc.
