Has many years of experience in office administrative management, currently researching and working in accreditation, assessment, and assurance of education quality. Received many emulation and commendation titles such as Certificate of Merit from VNU’s President for Individuals who gained outstanding achievements in the 10-years developing UEB, Certificate of Merit from UEB’s Rector for individuals who had outstanding achievements in the academic years (2009-2010, 2010-2011, 2011-2012, 2012-2013, period 2007-2012...)
