BIOGRAPHY AND WORK EXPERIENCE

Associate Prof. Nguyen Thu Ha is currently holding the position of Vice Dean of Faculty of Business Administration, University of Economics and Business, Vietnam National University, Hanoi. She has been working at the University of Economics since 2008, Associate Prof. Thu Ha had 16 years of experience in teaching, researching and consulting on Marketing, new product development practices, and supply chain quality management at the enterprises. Main fields of teaching and research: Marketing Management, Service Marketing, Service Quality, New Product Development, Supply Chain Quality Management.
