University of Economics and Business announces the admission notice 2023

I. Regular domestic university enrolment:

a. General admission applicants:

- Candidates who have been recognized as high school graduates in Vietnam or have an equivalent recognized high school diploma from a foreign country.

- Candidates who have obtained a vocational intermediate diploma in a relevant field within the same group of industries and have fulfilled the required academic knowledge at the high school level as regulated by the law.

- Meet the health requirements for studying according to current regulations.

- Provide sufficient personal information and application documents as required.

b. Admission Scope:

The University of Economics and Business admits candidates from all over Vietnam and also enrolls international students by the regulations stated above.

c. Training Programs and Admission Targets:

The University of Economics and Business offers various training programs and admission targets based on the criteria and regulations specified for each program.

*Note:

(1) In case the University cannot fulfill the allocated targets in one admission method, the remaining targets will be transferred to other remaining admission methods.

(2) If the University cannot meet the allocated targets for all other admission methods, the remaining targets will be transferred to the admission method based on the results of the high school graduation examination (THPT).

(3) Admission Method Combination:

- A01: Math, Physics, English

- D01: Math, Literature, English

- D09: Math, Physics, English

- D10: Math, Geography, English

d. Admission Method:

The University of Economics and Business admits candidates from all over Vietnam and also enrolls international students by the regulations stated above.

- Admission based on the results of the 2023 High School Graduation Examination.

- Admission based on assessing students' competencies at the high school level organized by VNU University of Economics and Business (UEB).

- Admission based on international English language certificates combined with the results of the high school graduation examination and interview.

- Admission based on international English language certificates combined with the results of the 2023 High School Graduation Examination.

- Direct admission according to the regulations of VNU University of Economics and Business.

- Priority admission:

o According to the regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training.

o According to the regulations of VNU University of Economics and Business.

- Admission based on other international certificates.

- Admission for students who have completed the pre-university preparatory program.

- International student admission.

- Admission to the Business Administration program for talented athletes.

e. General Admission rules:

- Admission is open to candidates who have graduated from high school (or its equivalent).

- Admission is based on filling up the allocated targets for each major, starting from the highest score to the lowest.

- In case the University cannot fulfill the allocated quota in other admission methods, the remaining quota will be transferred to the admission method based on the results of the 2023 High School Graduation Examination.

- The admission score for candidates' High School Graduation Examination results in 2023 and for candidates combining their High School Graduation Examination results with international English language certificates will be calculated on a 40-point scale and rounded to two decimal places.

- Candidates who meet the early admission requirements need to register their preferences on the System for Admissions Support according to the Ministry of Education and Training's plan.

- By other method: 250
