1. Job positions students can hold after graduation
Group 1: Planners, analysts, and consultants on policies and project offiers at Ministries, Departments, and Sectors at Central, Local levels and International Organizations.
• Assistants or specialist in planning, analysis, and policy consultancy in international trade, international finance, and foreign direct and indirect investment at ministries, departments, branches, and localities; In the future, they will be able to become analysts and policy consultants in these fields.
• Assistants and employees participating in building, monitoring, analyzing, and providing consultancy to international projects implemented by international organizations such as the United Nations (UN), Asian Development Bank (ADB), World Bank (WB), International Monetary Fund (IMF), International Labor Organization (ILO), etc., or non-governmental organizations (iNGOs). In the future, they will be able to become managers of international development projects.
Group 2: Lecturers and researchers
• Researchers and teaching assistants at higher education institutions and research institutions related to international economics; In the future, they will be able to become researchers and lecturers with deep expertise in international economics, international trade, international business, logistics, and global supply chain management.
Group 3: Planners, sale staff, and foreign affairs specialists at domestic and foreign enterprises
• Undertaking tasks related to planning, monitoring, or implementing export, import, research, and international market development activities; Employees or managers in logistics services at manufacturing and commercial enterprises, multinational companies, joint venture enterprises, or 100% foreign invested capital enterprises; in the future they will be able to become managers or entrepreneurs in international trade, international business, logistics, and global supply chain management.
Group 4: Self-employment
• Running a startupin international business, forwarding, transportation, and logistics.
2. Possibility of qualification improvement
After graduating from the program, international economics students can continue to study further in the field of economics at domestic or foreign education institutions.
