The AAGF supports proposals from Vietnamese alumni who have studied at Australian educational institutions to strengthen their knowledge and skills; contribute to changes in the organization and structure of state agencies, businesses, and organizations; and enhance the relationship between Australia and Vietnam.

Additionally, Vietnam and Australia have signed a Strategic Partnership on enhancing economic cooperation, aiming to increase trade and investment opportunities while strengthening the closer ties between the two sides.
