BIOGRAPHY AND WORK PROCESS

Associate Professor Dr. Le Trung Thanh is currently the Rector, Member of the University Council, Member of the Party Executive Committee of VNU University of Economics and Business, cum Director of the Institute of Business Administration, cum Head of the Training Department, and Director Center for International Training and Education. Before taking on his current positions, he had many years of experience as Head of the Department of Scientific Research and Development, Director of the Center for International Training and Education, and Member of the Secretary of the University's Science and Training Council. Economics - VNU (2014-2019), Standing Vice Dean takes on the job of Dean, Faculty of Finance - Banking, University of Economics - VNU (2012-2014). He also served as dean of the Faculty of Finance and Currency, Head of the Training Management Department, Academy of Policy and Development, Ministry of Planning and Investment (2009-2012); is a lecturer, Vice Head of the Securities Market Department, Faculty of Banking and Finance (1998-2009) National Economics University. He has many years as an international consultant for SECO (Switzerland), and USAid (USA); participating in many large projects with the World Bank, Ministry of Planning and Investment, Ministry of Finance, State Bank, and State Audit; Teaching for many economic corporations, businesses, and industry associations.
