BIOGRAPHY AND WORK EXPERIENCE

Dr. Trinh Thi Phan Lan graduated with a Master's degree from Symbiosis University, India in 2005, and a PhD in Finance - Banking from the Finance Academy, Vietnam in 2016. With 20 years of teaching and research experience, Dr. Lan is currently the Head of the Corporate Finance division, Faculty of Finance and Banking at the University of Economics - Vietnam National University, Hanoi. She received the outstanding lecturer award in 2018, is one of the 20 ambassadors of innovation at VNU, and co-authored two educational games: "Finance Race" and "Prosperous Family." Besides teaching at the university, she has participated in teaching several short courses on financial management. Currently, she is involved in training on innovation and personal financial management for individuals, schools, and businesses. Dr. Lan is interested in social projects and community development initiatives. Her main research focuses are risk management, corporate finance, and personal finance.
