Scientists from the University of Southern Denmark exchanged academic discussions at the School of Business Administration - University of Economics and Business - Vietnam National University, Hanoi (VNU-UEB)

Within the framework of the "Enterprise Management for Innovation and Talent Enhancement" project (EM4FIT) (H2020-MSCA-RISE-2019 EM4FIT (G.A. No. 872618) funded by the European Union EU, recently, lecturers from the University of Economics and Business, Vietnam National University, Hanoi (UEB) together with international experts from the University of Southern Denmark organized an academic exchange session combined with field research at Nam Cau Kien Industrial Zone, Thuy Nguyen, Hai Phong.

The academic exchange spanned several days and featured a series of intensive workshops, interactive discussions, and hands-on field research activities. Scholars and industry practitioners delved deep into exploring various facets of enterprise management, emphasizing innovative strategies to address complex challenges prevalent in both local and global business environments. Through collaborative research initiatives and practical engagements, participants gained invaluable insights into cutting-edge management practices, technological advancements, and sustainable business models tailored specifically for industrial zones like Nam Cau Kien.

Dr. Nguyen Van Duc, Dean of UEB's Faculty of Business Administration, emphasized the transformative impact of international collaborations on academic and professional development. "Our partnership with the University of Southern Denmark represents a significant step towards enhancing the global competencies of our students and faculty," Dr. Duc remarked. "This exchange not only enriches our understanding of global business dynamics but also equips us with the knowledge and skills to navigate and excel in an increasingly interconnected world."
